POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Prior to all treatments please inform me of any medical conditions. I am not a doctor, I do not diagnose medical conditions.

Please give yourself ample time for traffic, paper work, and preparation for your well-deserved services. If you have a particular CD or music you wish to hear while having reflexology, please bring the CD along with you so you can hear it while receiving service. The same goes for any particular aromatherapy oil or scented candles that you particularly like.

HOURS OF OPERATION (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)

Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (last appointment)
Saturday 11:00 am to 6:00pm; Sunday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

WHAT TO WEAR

For your convenience feel free to come casually and comfortably dressed. I supply towels, pillows and blankets. Please come with loose fitting trousers as I offer leg and knee massage. To ensure you receive the most relaxing reflexology experience, please refrain from bringing children, no pets allowed. Please silence your cellular phones or beepers while in session. hold no responsibility for any missing items.

LATE ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Because your reflexology session is reserved for you, cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for cancellation or rescheduling to anther time. I regret that I will not be able to accommodate extended service time for late arrivals. Please call in advance if you will be coming late to your appointment.

GRATUITIES POLICY

Services do not include gratuities, but you may add if you like, a customary 10-20% gratuity to your service.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Your personal recommendation is my best reward and satisfaction. Refer a friend and receive $5.00 off your next visit and they will receive $5.00 off their first visit!

PAYMENT METHODS: Unfortunately at this time I only take cash and checks.
